'You have done more than you give yourself credit for, you are far more beautiful than you make out, you have made your way past moments that could've destroyed you and your future shines brighter than you realize. Celebrate yourself in this moment. This world is fortunate to have you.'

What is Person Centred Therapy?

Therapy is solely about the client that is seeking it, Person Centred quite literally means that you, the client, are at centre of any therapeutic work that is put in place by me, your counsellor. You take the lead, bringing whatever it may be that you present with into session & I work to support you, I may make suggestions or offer knowledge along the way that you may find helpful but ultimately because your therapy is for you, it is for you to choose from what is offered what you would like to do moving forward.

what is Integrative therapy?

Therapy that combines different tools & approaches throughout your therapy is referred to as integrative. There are many different & wonderful therapeutic approaches that you may have heard of including Analytical Therapy & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy that are beneficial in their own ways & may be helpful to apply in parts during your therapy.

What are the Benefits?

Person Centred, Integrative Therapy provides a space for you as the client to make your own. The benefits are varied, plenty & different depending on each client but the benefits clients have shared from experiencing Person Centred,Integrative Therapy are:

• Increased self-empowerment & confidence by providing choices.
• Strengthening self-trust & awareness by making mindful present choices.
• Creating self-regulation & balance by moving therapeutically at a pace that works best for you.
• Managing feelings of anxiety & stress by having a safe, open space to express your true self.
• Building strong, balanced & connections with others by reflecting what is gained inside therapy outside of therapy.

It is very important to note that the outcome of your therapy solely depends on you & what you are prepared to give to the process, lending yourself wholly to your therapy process will allow you to gain the most.

How does it work?

Once we have completed the process of referral, we will meet through a pre-arranged confidential video call each week for 50 minutes.
